Marsh Rd 2 v Gee Whiz

I think Balta played himself out of the team and Broady off the wing last week.

Thought Broady played one of his best ever games off the wing. He’ll be filthy Balta couldn’t hold his defensive spot so he could continue racking up possessions up the ground

In: Dustin Martin, Jack Riewoldt, Trent Cotchin, Shane Edwards, Bachar Houli, Tom Lynch, Bigoa Nyuon

Out: Patrick Naish, Noah Balta, Riley Collier-Dawkins, Oleg Markov, Jake Aarts, Mabior Chol, Ryan Garthwaite

The Outs give a great insight I think. None of those performed particularly well imo in nbr 1 with maybe the exception of Jake Aarts. But when you have an interchange bench of this (and Graham to come back) it's understandable how hard it is to get a gig.

I/C Kane Lambert, Thomson Dow, Shai Bolton, Callum Coleman-Jones, Sydney Stack, Bigoa Nyuon, Jack Ross, Jack Higgins

in a way its bad for us for us to play them in a preseason game. any scars they might have from the GF might be out of their system come Sunday night. better to wait to play them in the season proper.
Let them win.

this is the afl equivalent of turning up at work for a working bee with a BBQ.

we don’t travel well against top 4 teams.

if we do win, GWS need to really worry.

actually, I’ve changed my mind... let’s flog ‘em again, in Wagga.
