2017 was a pretty good example. Who would’ve thought a premiership could’ve been won at the end of 2016? Look at the names in that fwd line after the GF - butler, Castagna, Graham, Townsend…. Nobody knew who they were round 1 2017.

Completely different scenario I know - but interesting all the same.

All obvious from Julius' reports in Feb. Now worse than last season. Just lower the expectations and enjoy watching the kids develop. That purple patch last night was a glimpse of what's to come.
 
The good is that Samson plays 6 to 8 weeks now.
Our young guys are fast and highly skilled.
We have 1.3 million in.our cap for 2024 with
Jack,cotch,tarrant,castanya retiring.
I reckon chasing a free agent is a certainty.
The good is that several guys become available next 3 weeks
