Little things that annoy you....

The non stop Trivago adds (on every bloody five minutes) on Foxtel especially and now the wake up Brian adds. They're both incredibly annoying.

Totally agree about Trivago. Let's add that Inner Health Plus voice and the cringey Woolworths ad whose value is cheap, cheap.

Unless the majority of us are really dumb, I really don't know how annoying ads promote sales. Marketing myth IMO.

You've remembered the names of the companies with the annoying ads. That makes them successful.

Remembered to avoid. Failure.

You think they would drop that sort of money over and over if they weren't effective? As much as I hate the ads, if I return to Aus and need to redo my bathroom, I'll probably end up at National Tiles.

I'm sure (negative) feedback plays a part in their marketing especially through social media. Catchy and likeable ads (e.g. AAMI) would have more success than annoying ones.

As for Frank Wanker, maybe you're too lazy to look up his competitors? Don't be gullible and stop feeding the rats Hula. ;D

Petrol prices.
Govt, petrol coys, so called automobile "concerned" bodies talking on behalf of the masses, ACCC. As far as I'm concerned they are all in on the rort!.

Price of a barrel of oil is on a such a low (50% drop), were we were paying $1.30something, only down to $1.09. (lucky to get 15%-20% drop). Not reflected at the pump.

On a recent article bit that reconfirms to me the ripoff all the benefiting parties are miling it...

"At about $50 a barrel, crude oil prices are down by more than half from their June 2014 peak of $107. They may fall more, perhaps even as low as $10 to $20"
