Hi Guys.

Just wondering what your ideas were on the best and worst players we have recruited from all clubs.

Drawing a blank on some sides though.

Kangaroos Think Stephen Pirrie came from thier U19s - Worst - Daryl Sutton
Fremantle - Simmonds/Polak - Worst - will it be Farmer?

Fitzroy - best Michael Gale, worst Matthew Dundas

dont forget jamie elliot.

from the dees, scottie turner was on their U19 list, tho i dont think we actually recruited him from there, so that leaves johnny howat as the best (and maybe worst).

Beat me by a whisker - RnotK.

Some additions to the worst list ...
* Dogs (I think) - Chris Burton, one of the original turnover merchants. Drove me crazy that bloke.
* Carlton - Tim Fleming. Same reason as Burton.
* Hawthorn - Al Martello.
* Collingwood - Peter McCormick
* Starting to look like Adam Thomson belongs in this list too.

And to the best ...
* Think we'd have to be pretty happy with getting Ian Stewart from the Saints.
* I actually thought Greg Dear did a pretty good job for us in the short time he was with us.
* Always felt for Stuart Wigney (Adel) who had a burgeoning career at CHB cut down by injury.

nice call...wasn't he was made captain of the rezzies, which pretty much stamps your papers as never getting into the seniors ever again, but if memory serves didn't he captain the rezzies to a premiership? Dunno...sounds good anyway.

Agree that Dudson one of the worst from dogs
Biddiscome from cats? Paul Sarah wasn't that bad was he?
Annear from pies in the worst basket, not best!

I'd have thought best from Fitzroy would be Paul Broderick, by a street.

There have been too may bad ones from all clubs to get specific.
