Let the whining and saltiness begin

Never known a Coach to waste so much time worrying about things like an opponents fixture....
Funny thing is after he started the campaign last yr 4-6 weeks before the Finals he didn't even play us in the 1st week anyway....
And the egg the media should have put his face didn't come either, which was most disappointing

Same with Zorko & Stagerfield for thier diving efforts in the Finals yet they hung grimes out to dry for the same thing....
The Cats seem like a protected species

Crimes got destroyed by the cretins on fox.
Robbo constantly brought up how grimes held Cameron and grimes should be fined for diving.
Pity the other 2 did the exact same thing but it got swept under the carpet.
How many commentators are barracking for WC to win it this year??
The eagles aren't sooking about playing in Queensland. They don't need to, the media is doing the sooking for them. David King FFS, him and the 'back end'.
Robbo 'if WC win it, it has too be the greatest premiership ever one'.
Healy 'WC need to pace themselves till they get home, then can make a run for the finals'
Pinocchio 'the disadvantage for WC could turn into a massive advantage leading into the finals'

I've got a feeling WC will go backwards this year. We need to watch out for GWS and Collingwood.

If WCE don't make the prelim stage this yr then '18 is an outlier as they have not passed the semi's since '15 barring '18....
Only 1 team has made the prelim stage in each of the last 3 yrs & that's us.

If the Grand Final is at the G, bring on the West Coast. They are no chance against us.

Not just salty it seems... also a proud purveyor of the Bellarine area's finest pork pies.

"Geelong is one club that has become renowned for swinging late changes when final teams are submitted pre-match, including in last year's qualifying final loss to Collingwood. Cats' coach Chris Scott said he made the late call to replace ruckman Rhys Stanley for Sam Menegola due to weather conditions. However Stanley said in the days after the defeat that he had found out at the club's final training session he was going to be a late out."

But wasn't that QF where Grundy just dominated and tore Blicsavs' a new one?

Another stroke of tactical genius from the Salty One! :p

The hate squad is back.
Hearld sun headline
"Teams most likely to miss WA hub"
3 Victorian teams will most likely not visit WA this season"
Article comes with a massive photo of us.

Is that paper just stupid. Do the numbers, Essendon Melbourne and us wouldve played either WC or Freo before the WA hub starts.
So the AFL wont send us to spend 14 days in lockdown just to play Freo.
They will bend us over sending us to Geelong & GWS

If they do i hope we beat them, the Cats fans will be having meltdowns for all eternity.

The press is becoming more like social media with its clickbait headlines.

But seems we are always on the end if it.
Where's the respect you get being champions of the competition.
GF's have been played on the MCG since jesus was walking the planet.
Victorian teams have beaten interstate sides in GF's
Why is it an issue now?

Well we shouldn't be surprised, Twitter is hands down the biggest source of stories for most reporters these days. Lucky they don't need to identify their sources, as most would be embarrassed that they got their story #*smile*headfootballfan

Yep, so many people think reading Twitter is "doing your research".

Because it was a cellar dweller come good.

A side who other sides never too k seriously who were a laughing stock and butt of jokes.

A side who beat two more fancied sides in the GF ( who happened to be interstate sides).

a side who played 22 games at the G in a row according to all the media types.

A side who finished lower than Scott’s Geelong and didn’t play them at their shitty stadium...
