ExactlyI'm not a huge wrap for Ross, he's just ok - but we can't be swapping out one of the very few decent younger mids we have for Hopper, defeats the purpose.
I felt the same way about graham

Jack is a fair dinkum Richmond man too. The Sonz has giving him credit for taking him under his wing.Where did this Ross talk come from?
Heard it yesterday and thought, what??
Ross will improve even more next year. As a mid not as a winger!

Exactly just got to tough it out and play well when he has his chances. His best will be post-Cotchin, Prestia etc. Just like the other young guns who hold our hopes for the next era.
Tough year ahead for Jack. But this is what we want no? Multiple talented footballers fighting for the same spot.
More than happy if Ross takes a leap next season, but I'm not real sure he needs a leap. Couple of tweaks n another step n he'll be a more than handy support player in the team. He's done the apprenticeship n got games n growth under the belt, reckon he's stepped his game up reasonably well each year n a bit more will simply see him become one of those rock solid reliable type players that every team needs to provide the platform for the stars to dance on.If this kid takes a leap next year our future looks a lot brighter.
Agreed TBR.And guys with some trade currency.
Good sign that the final was possibly his best game for rfc and he was building toward that , was no surpriseIf this kid takes a leap next year our future looks a lot brighter.
