Sorted by votes per game basis.

A few surprises: Jack, Cotch, Nank ranked quite low (injury interrupted I know)

Baker rates highly, much higher than Short and Broad

Ross quite low, perhaps explains the decision not to go with him in the granny

Ross was off in 1st quarter of 1 game and another he only played half a game so his average took a hit but yeah still a bit surprising. Not surprised with Nank, he was struggling with injury and playing short game time a lot. Caddy surprised me a bit for average. Castagna and Ellis take big drops when looking at averages. No real love for the likes of Short, Butler and Broad. for me Prestia was the stand out this year for consistency and impact across the season so justly deserved it. Dusty treated quite harshly I thought. He's held to a much higher standard and his relatively poor defensive side bites him.

These were Dusty's round by round votes. Check out Round 19 onwards - 7 games including 3 finals games, possible 35, received 33.

The one thing I took from the evening was it’s highly unlikely there will be any kind of premiership hangover, I got the feel the club don’t see this as reaching the summit, it’s as if it’s just another brick in the wall

Interesting Nank (2 fewer games), Soldo and Balta (also fewer games) all polled around the same mark with Chol a bit further back.

Suggests the 2 ruck combo was right and that Balta isn’t that far behind either.

Based on the age profile and votes the 'next Ellis' (apart from K-Mac who has already been floated) is Short. A lot of games, not many votes - I can see him being in and out of the side next year and then getting a better offer after 2020. My fear is Caddy could be another but I would hope not - I love his game.
