I've been in all in on a Nankoldo duo. Soldo may have gone past Nank now. Incredible rise and rise and rise from the big Croat.
Can't wait to see the smile/grin on his face next Saturday when he's got a premiership medallion swinging around his neck.

It will be Nank and Soldo again next week. Not sure about it next year though. Does it give us enough?
He’s improved so much with the run of games he got that you can trust in him now. He’s like a roughie coming from second last on the bend into the straight in the Cup. I shake my head with how much he has stepped up and grown. That’s a testament to the development in our club, the coaches and the man himself. He gives his all as well.

I started to relax in the second half when he started to clunk those marks - that was the only missing piece of his game.

His ruck work is getting better each week, and he appears to be presenting better around the ground, has past Nank as a tap ruckman, is very smart in the centre, A fully fit Nank is still a more rounded player, there is definitely room for both of them in the same side now.
Thought his defensive marking game was Nankervis like.
Whereas Nank barely got his mits near it.
To illustrate how far he’s come, go and watch the VFL 2017 final series. Some of the most inept rucking performances you will ever see. Putrid comes to mind.

He is rubbish. Picking up players that started playing 3 days ago arent going to cut it.
Just get him out. I rather have castagna in the ruck

Not last night but Soldo is usually a pretty efficient kick and finds a target despite the mechanical nature of his technique. If you had to pick 5 of our players in an AFL type penalty shoot out from 30m out he would be in my 5, for the exercise they are:
1. Caddy
2. Lambert
3. Lynch
4. Brando
5. Soldo
And no I didn't forget Jack and Dusty play for the Richmond Football Club
