Possibly the best mature age recruit the club has had since Paul Broderick. Doing a great job in the ruck. Better than just a competitor - he's a very good player.

The marks he takes are abso brilliant. Whether it be a defensive relieving mark , a kickout mark or as today a fwd mark to kick or set up a goal are top shelf. U can believe 100% he will mark it. That's so valuable it's indescribable Great luxury to have. I think in the future throw him fwd resting and u will get a goal or three directly from his marking. Wat a asset to have!!!!!

For those who can't get to the games. You would be stunned to see how fast and hard he runs behind play. I was laughing 3 times yesterday as he literally burned off Hale and put 15m on him over a 100m sprint in order to get into defense to stop a Hawk forward thrust. I'm not kidding - it was like watching Cox or Mumford - pure powerful surging running.
