Footy is not about one player.

The only thing that our list has going for it is the large group of players in the 20-24 age bracket. I'd like to see most of them stay together for another 3-5 years, with a couple of players of similar age added to the group to replace those who fall by the wayside through natural attrition.

The teams dominating the competition now all have a large group of 24-29 year olds.

Having said that, I would be quite comfortable with a dozen or so changes to the list this year and another 7 or 8 next year. Both goals can be achieved through careful management.

Thta is our best chance for success over the next five years.
a lot of those in the 20 to 24 age bracket are duds and i want to see them gone asap. sheesh why keep players just for their age. part of the rfc problem is we keep duds to long. theres roughly 25 players aged between 20 and 24 and over half are not up to it. but yep lets keep them for 5 more yrs.

Deledio easy. Cotchin will be a champ but has yet to prove he can stay on the field. Some players are injury prone and Cotchin presents a risk. He will surpass Deledio if he can get himself right though imo.

You don't say. :hihi I wasn't trying to solve all our problems or suggesting we clear the list. I was simply interested, in a light hearted manner, in who people felt was the most important player to us on our list.
