Cornes and Whately fully supporting Lynch. Saying laughable, waste of time, not a reportable offence.....
Pretty much calling the decision to go to tribunal a joke, which it is.

Dal Santo said the same thing, was in the middle of saying "Why are we even going to the tribunal for that" and Tom Morris cut him off trying to push David King to agree with him, which he also didn't agree with Morris.

The vast majority of those pushing for a suspension have never played footy at AFL level and are the complete and utter ambulance chasers of the industry.

I might actually tune into AFL360 and see what position Blobbo has on it, probably wants him suspended for the rest of the season, faux outrage.

Yeah... was thinkin that meself. .... it's not as if Tom Morris or John Ralph look like they have heads that could be classed as having got a Hard Ball Get!

Btw. .. don't think Robinson reckons he should be there either.

If Lynch goes we plug and play someone else.

No flooding or over-thinking.

The Richmond Way all the way baby

Agree carts.

Our forward entries have been *smile* all year.

Maybe this is the catalyst to find some fluency.

I hope Tom plays but not gonna carry on like a *smile* head essendon supporter if he goes.

Hows those *smile*?

This thread, whilst respectful to my fellow PRE posters, is a waste of time. The matter will be thrown out in the first minute of the sitting. That’s not just my opinion, but the consensus across the media community this morning.

End of story. Move on.

I don;'t think so. I;'m pretty convinced this seasons flag is going to go to the highest bidder. The top 3 teams are pretty much bidding for a home grand final - Brisbane, Adelaide & West Coast. Seriously how are we 2. months out from the Grand Final and NOT know where it will be played? -I think the AFL will also be very pro the saints to complete their "Fairytale" era (Dogs, Richmond, Saints). They will do, and certainly have done, whatever it takes to get us out of it & make it is hard as possible.

As much as this is a "test" etc, i couldn't care less about it - I just want a win as I stand by the winner will definitely come out of the top 4. We essentially could still need to travel to Perth & Adelaide in the finals - . I am not sure with 4 topline players (Lynch, Prestia, Edwards Astbury) out & several others either under-done, worn out or tragically out of form (Castagna, Toby, Houli, Lambert, Stack, Houli ) - The Eagles just look too strong. I don't think Balta can ride with Darling & Kennedy yet & Grimes/Vlos will be incredibly outgunned on height.

The more i look at the Lynch, Grimes & Vloss footage - the more furious i get.

Grimes did not PLAY for a free kick. He lost his balance and threw and arm out to try and get ball contact. He did not look to the umpire for a free.

Lynch was essentially provoked to react all game & his reaction wouldn't have even been a replay if it wasnt for "Tom Lynch sage"

The Vloss one makes me want to spew too. Tippa earlier in the game takes a great courageous, running with the flight of the ball mark and is branded a hero.
Vloss takes a similar one, with a much bigger player running the other way, to his side (out of his vision) , with an outstretched arm away from his body with a fist clenched - which either grazes, or misses by a mere inch from connecting with his jaw. Even if no contact was was made, Vloss certainly would have seen it at the last second and his reactions braced for the contact.

All 3 are laughable. Makes me want to puke tbh

If Lynch gets suspended, I'd be inclined to have Caddy play his 2017-18 role. Riewoldt be the FF and a mid size mobile forward to play on McGovern.

The key issue on Thursday is to make McGovern accountable and not able to intercept mark as he pleases. If there's ever a time to change the way enters forward 50, this week is it. Can't be bombed but has to be kicked to leads or kicked to space. If kicks can't be marked, they have to be brought to ground.

I’d like to see caddy play the third tall role instead of Stack. He was huge playing fwd in 2017.

I'd be gobsmacked if the Lynch case is not laughed out of court.

Regardless, it will be tough for us to make top 4. We'll have to win every game and are currently playing like dog *smile*.

I had not previously been a subscriber to the idea that 'this is the year someone can win it from outside the top 4'. Winning four straight finals is very tough.

However.

We will get Sheds back for the last round, maybe Prestia and DTLD around that time too. Severely lacking footy. Four weeks is ideal form-building time. Beat say, the Dogs in an elimination. Bagel Port in the second leg of their straight sets exit. Geelong are garbage off a bye, so we hit the prelim with momentum and knock them off. Then the Eagles or the Bears at the Gabba, easy money, thank your mother for the rabbits.

I looked at the possible way to a flag for us and came up with the same scenario.
It is very plausible.
Our biggest risk is to come across Port in Adelaide.
Otherwise we can make the prelim and anything goes at that point.
Still very possible to win this year.

If Port are our biggest obstacle they might as well give us the cup now. They are frauds. B-grade midfield, midget defence. Straight sets.
