Dimma tried to turn Higgins into a midfielder when his smarts are as a forward. Mismanaged and moved on. Our bad.

The players seemed happy to see him ( Higgins ) go , it was odd

Higgins wasn’t quick enough to learn the defensive side of the game.
Maybe he should have learnt from Mansell.
Butler not tough enough was playing two’s once his defensive pressure dropped a little bit

We needed to keep bulter. He is a tackling machine and he is a brilliant kick for goal.

If he was criticised for getting caught and tackled too often, why is he still doing well at the Aints? I reckon there's some non favouritism from Dimma here. The opposite for what he showed with George.... and now Mansell.

Butler was the real loss. Too late now. Let's worry about what we do have.

Clarke should be left forward for a start. Rioli junior only gets back in when he can add possession ball winning and clean ball use to his pressure skillset. Didn't get near it in VFL yesterday.
