Hardwick

My first concern is whether there is a power imbalance here seeing as she is a younger staffer. Could Dimma have undue influence on her employment at the club because of their personal relationship?
Secondly, office romances are usually discouraged because of the fallout that can occur if the relationship breaks down. If they don't want to see each other and the breakup affects their work then one or both will have to go. Will the younger staffer be asked to leave because Dimma's role is deemed more important by the club?
I hope they both know what they are doing but often these affairs don't end well for them or the business.
She is in her 30's

It takes 4-5 years to become a qualified physiotherapist.
And there's no chance she got a job at an AFL 3 minutes after completing the course.
The rumours that she is under 25 are *smile*.

The shitt weather and the threat of Covid in Melbourne have people scrolling through page's and page's of *smile*.
If Melbourne had a real summer and the threat of getting Covid not around, this won't even be out.
Please, he broke up with Miss Hardwick and then he hooked up with this lady inside the club.
Sad for Miss Hardwick but it isn't Garry Lyon quality

The paper said she works in the commercial arm of the club.
Im pretty sure she is a physiotherapist at the club.
The *smile* stories from other platforms saying she is a young admin employee. Are *smile*
They weren't even at the hub.
Regardless is it a hanging offence to separate with your partner and then meet someone else?

Could've affected our chances of going back to back......... but it didn't.

If she is a physio that would make her a subordinate to Dimma, and would be viewed in a different light by the club.

But the Herald Sun reported it has “rocked staff within the club and could affect the playing group”.
Bloody pathetic from the Hun n other media to suddenly be coming out with all the angst n drama over how the club and playing group are affected, when this story has been out in public view for some months now.
Obviously in desperate need of some more content n space fillers while not much of anything is newsworthy at the moment.

It’s none of our business but the impact it will have will be significat.

For a club that has preached ”family and culture” it’s less than ideal.

Will come up all year, an unwanted distraction.
All clubs preach family n culture.
We've been more along the lines of accepting and including everyone regardless of faults or foibles and helping everyone grow n be the best they can be regardless of them perhaps having the occasional life stuff up.
