Hardwick

Will come up all year, an unwanted distraction.
Agree, can't see how it doesn't. Who will be the first one to ask what the new Mrs Hardwick thinks?

Guarantee if we are losing it will be discussed as a possible reason.

If Vickery and Griffens stayed
Hardwick would be a fart in the wind.
He was forced to change.
Bulter Castagna Rioli And Riewodlt made Hardwick
I think you just answered your own question , our success has been extraordinary and dimma has been at the cornerstone of that , let’s not kid anyone . Our player retention has been second to NONE coz of dimma , while others have lost stars , we re sign them for less . Our playing style that has complete buy in still has the rest of the comp on a break , ask ESS how easy it is
I expect a couple of clubs to keep a keen eye on his contract status , i for one hope for a long extension

Just got word from a reliable source. "All is good with Dimma! The club is fully supportive of him and he is not going anywhere. Sad about the affair & marriage split but that's life I guess..."

Again, its these opposition supporters who make up things just to put us supporters at any cost.

so bring on 2021, I'm now very confident. GO TIGERS!

But the Herald Sun reported it has “rocked staff within the club and could affect the playing group”.
Thats the sort of sensationalist garbage I would expect from the Herald Sun and the perverse footy media in general!

We have just won a magnificent Premiership against so many odds and tribulations.
The playing group is a disciplined unit comprised of well adjusted and hardened individuals who know how to succeed.
Hardwick's personal affairs shouldn't interfere with what happens on the field.
Suffice to say Dimma's issues were likely developing throughout the 2020 season anyway!

Normally i take quotes like that with a pinch of salt.
But that's my question to the club.

We've taken a lot of hits by media, could this one be the one that breaks us?
Or will it do the opposite, again.
If the Herald Sun didn't include that there wouldn't be much in the way of clickbait about the story.

Who cares a non story, Hardwick is paid to win flags not to appear on Dr Phil.

This was likely played out months ago, in the hub. Old news to players and club staff.

The way Dusty went looking for Dimma after the final siren suggests hardship along the way and the ultimate show of support.

TBH I’m surprised that Dimma would take this path as he comes across as a family-oriented dork, but I don’t think it’ll affect 2021 if it didn’t derail 2020.

Lonely nights.
He did mention back in 2013 or 2014 that Ms Hardwick didn't think he performing well.

My first concern is whether there is a power imbalance here seeing as she is a younger staffer. Could Dimma have undue influence on her employment at the club because of their personal relationship?
Secondly, office romances are usually discouraged because of the fallout that can occur if the relationship breaks down. If they don't want to see each other and the breakup affects their work then one or both will have to go. Will the younger staffer be asked to leave because Dimma's role is deemed more important by the club?
I hope they both know what they are doing but often these affairs don't end well for them or the business.
