Happy with Vickery being rested and Griffiths debut. Rest of the changes are a joke like usual.

Tambling in on the back of terrible form, why doesn't he have to play Coburg?

Backline has 1 tall in it, 2 if you count Moore....it looks terrible.

King still in, dud footballer and proved that again last week....

Farmer still in....

Nahas very lucky...

Still midget galore...

BUT why on earth drop thursfeild...??/ must be injured..doesnt make sense

why on earth bring tambling back?/ plain weird as he has been our most useless player this year

Foley out is big.

Thursty?? maybe for team balance? Port aren't too big or experienced up forward.
 
Good to see Ben Griffiths in. Can't wait to see him play. He is going to be a gun.

No Morton??? Hardwick must be trying to prove a point to Mitch about working hard and having more defensive efforts.

Only one ruckman? going to be a big job for Gus. But we do have a former ruckman of that club on our side now. Maybe Polly will pinch hit in the ruck at times during the match? But it is good to see Ty Vickery getting a rest though, so he can play out the season.

Surprised to see Will and Rance dropped.

I hope Foley's injury isn't too serious.

Yep Foley is a big ommission.

Not surpisedy by Thirsty ommission to be honest. He is an old style defender, purely a negator, who offers very little offensively. Given he lacks size he needs to add an offensive side to his game to succeed IMHO.

I like the guy, always punching out of his weight division, but there is little room for purely negative defenders these days with zones and the emphasis of setting up from the back line.
 
I'm just as happy to see Griff in as Vickery dropped. I like Vickery; he's got a bright future. But that effort last week was totally dropworthy. Coach is doing well.

Say ins are a joke, and maybe so, but who would you suggest be in for all of Nahas, Farmer, King and Tambling? Therein lies the problem. We need to have others to step up to take their place.

leave nahas in for now..or maybe rance in his place
