Yes, I'm no sports performance expert but I hope we are fully freshened up after last weeks game because Geelong didn't have it anywhere near as tough.

Recovery isn’t an issue in the hub. They can’t go anywhere and diet is strictly controlled.

My nephew is in Brisbane and preparing for the game and it’s raining very hard.

I don’t see this a bad thing. All of our players need to be advised to not bounce the ball until they have ran 10m.

That’s Floggy Dangerfield’s middle name. Was on Fox before giving them the benefit of his vast Grand Final experience. To hear him talk you’d think he’d won 5 of them, with a Normie in each. I’m not sure the game has seen a more up themself tosser. He was entertaining when he was younger, but these days he’s in danger up disappearing up his own *smile*.

Been wondering what will give the boys an extra edge going into the game. I think knowing that this is the much loved Leppa's last game with them will give them something extra to play for. McRae as well I guess as most of the players would have spent time with him too.

We've got plenty of reasons for wanting to win this.

OK, just finished a 10km run in an attempt to wind down and kill some time. Did neither. In fact my best time for a 10km but I'm still pacing the house.

Did a 10km run as well this morning to waste some time. Was wearing my 2017 membership Richmond hat, as that’s my running hat. Saw more Geelong supporters on my run. That’s a huge issue in South West Vic.
