Reckon Marlion has been ordinary so far. No impact. Fumbling and falling over. Looks sloooow like a lot of them.
Dylan, I’m worried.
Same with McIntosh, decision making has gone to the bad old days.Reckon Marlion has been ordinary so far. No impact. Fumbling and falling over. Looks sloooow like a lot of them.
Wrong. He took possession, took three steps and tried to run through Jack. Similarly, De Goey tried to run through four Richmond players, brought to ground, ball up. Prior opportunity is a *smile* rule, umpired poorly.Re the Riewoldt tackle that caused so much angst, now there is more time to explain, it's a simple case of no prior opportunity.
Unless he fended, twisted or turned to dodge, baulked etc to avoid being tackled in the first place then there is no way it could be holding the ball.
Perfect tackle, wrapped him straight up with no chance to dispose of the ball legally, ball up.
Without prior opportunity it is nearly impossible to win a free kick for holding the ball.
He’s just not a consistently clutch player.Yeah those misses from Lynch killed us I think.
Young struggling. 5 disposals, 3 turnovers, 0 effective.
We're not unfit, we are slow, particularly in the midfield. Yep we've been comprehensively beaten. Should be 50 points. Thankfully Pies have missed some sitters. We look old. We look slow. And compared to the Scumwood site; we look unfit. Add that to the Auskick level of kicking and tackling and it is not pretty.
This has been an absolute shellacking. 22 scoring shots to 9 tells the real story. We have a hell of a lot of work to do.
Clutch game you thinking? He’s just not a consistently clutch player.
Has monstered games and kicked bags but also misses regulation shots that that players like him just have to nail.
