Dangerous tackle was against Pickett from memory. And yes it was ridiculous. As was the throw against Grimes. As was the under 15m kick. Lambert's was fair enough but gee he had a good game. That was just a stitch up as far as I’m concerned.
A free to the Eagles at every opportunity.
Throws (supposed) were all of a sudden penalised, dangerous tackle against Broad was mind boggling, oh, and let’s allow 8 metre kicks to be called marks too.
Noise of affirmation strikes again
We could also try getting rid of caddyWe’ve got Saints, Suns, Pies.
We need to do what Geethrow do all the time: win those easier games, take the heat off when things aren’t going perfectly, get under cover, re-set, and go again.
Geethrow have done this for 15 plus years. When everyone thinks they’re gone, they sneak back into contention.
We need to do the same.
Dusty seemed intent on finding trouble every time he got the ball. Bizarre game from him.Its hard to get angry at Dusty after the last 4 years but I agree, he made some ordinary decisions. When he took that mark through the middle and signalled to slow everything down, he should have looked straight away and see we had 2 or 3 racing through on goal, he needed to get the ball over the top of their defence and we'd have run onto it.
The indecision when he kicked to George with what 90 seconds of so left on the clock, he had a player to his left who could have taken a mark, but scrubbed the kick through to George and he gave it back to them (again should have been looking for a mark), and then that kick from what 60m out with 15 seconds to go.
A bit more composure from the great man and we could have won, but we were only in that position due to our lack of ability to compete in the air throughout the 4th.
The guys have been away from family for 2 to 3 weeks. Makes a big difference in attitude.
We’ve been smacked at the G this year. I want to go back to Metricon.I just want to see if we can just get back to playing home more and get this Covid sh!t away from AFL.
Are we getting back to Victoria at all, AFL will be happy after stictching us up.We’ve got Saints, Suns, Pies.

. I thought the days of Richmond snatching defeat from the jaws of victory were long behind us.
GWS 2017we did snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
I can't remember last time we really did that?
No need to apologise.Castagna has to be the dumbest footballer going around. Sorry to say.
Agreed.Learn more from your losses & we’re learning big time this year. As many others have said, uncontested sideways ball for the sake of it? Why? Creates nothing. Apart from the Bulldogs game, we’ve beaten no one in the top 8. Why not show more concern with being thrashed in centre clearance every week? Why not think about winning clearance & giving forwards one on one opportunity?
Few other gripes - really disappointed in our lack of ability to stick tackles & non existence of pressure by small forwards. Aarts had a shocker, Castagna dreadful (one good game for the year) & Rioli who knows what’s happened to him. Surely as soon as Stack gets fit, he takes Rioli’s spot for good.
Agree with the Caddy comments - can’t play on the wing & no longer best 22. Think Baker is better suited in the middle, offensive role - fumbling far too much down back.
Really? That was on Castagna, not CJ. Maybe CJ was leading. Maybe like moat players including himself no-one had a clue what Castagna was going to do.Unless we fix our instead 50's we are doing jack shiit this year.
We cant always expect snaps or mark of the year to win us games.
Where was Cj in the last 30 seconds only Bolton and Aarts where in the forward line
