I said this before the game. I have no pleasure in being right. Playing part games of football just does not cut it.
If we can't kick straight we'll never get anywhere. Forget top 8 until we fix the basics again. My expectations have lowered again.
With one more on the bench too. Worst game I have seen in a long time. Played the conditions so badly.
Fair result that, they were the much better team for far longer periods than us ........ we just play flakey football at the moment, disappointing.
We just don’t play good wet weather footy like we used to. Plus the umps had a big day in that result.
It’s it even straight. It’s like we deliberately pick out opposition players. There’s no hope in the VFL, either, because they do the same thing.
