Game Day - Tiges v Deez Round 20, 2023

Entertaining stuff.
Soldo battling manfully.
Duz pure sweet silk.
Dyl needs a pyl.
Need a few easy goals dunno if scrambling every one will get us home.
Miller some nice moments at CHF.
Bolton can do much more expect the usual 2nd half lift.
That footy will challenge any side first week finals.

Clear outright ump cheating. Can someone explain to me why those 50s were given. Did our players give the umps a side eye or something.

Always kill our momentum this decisions and reinforces my thought that games are choreographed for ratings.

Yet again another insane example of why I have no respect what so ever for AFL umpires.

They bounce the ball 2 metres outside the circle, clearly favouring Gawn, and they simply call “play on”. Even the sycophantic commentators were shocked.

Zero respect. None.
Amd the advantage with Bolton streaming forward. Why wasn't that advantage?

The Rioli free kick miss was a joke. Horrendous. Cost a goal.

Need to keep attacking and play chaos footy - it’s very attritional though. Suspect we’ll get run over but hope I’m wrong.

I‘ve yelled at the telly plenty over the years, but never as much as those last 5 mins.

Horrible umpiring, complete lack of feel for the game. And just basic adjudication of the rules.

Clear advantage to Gawn - it’s outside the circle, bring it back, nothing subjective about it.

Same with advantage given to Viney but not Bolton- whats the difference.

Its these subtle but obvious differences in how they umpire us differently within games that has us fuming.

We are playing well and matching it with the Dees - cracking game.

Hopper picks up ball and then dropped it JUST 5 MM when hearing a free against us.

Imagine just ONE game that wasn't influenced by incompetent, useless umpires.

Just ONE where the players could determine the result.

*smile* I'm so over this *smile*

At my count it's five gifted goals. Two from Grimes, one from Vlossy and 2 from the umps.

We're playing very well to be in front.
