Game day Tigers V The World

Hmmmm. Hoping Balta does not get done for a heap of cheap and iffy free kicks to their fwd's...

Tigers by the length of Jeremy Cameron’s donger

So probably a loss

Either we win in a tight one or the Cats with Hawkins & Cameron combined absolutely smash us.

On paper of course our midfield with their outs should sway the result in our favour but the Cats have shown of late they have good depth, good kids and two power forwards in form.

They are capable of kicking a big score and I can’t see us kicking enough goals to beat them.

Something extraordinary needs to happen for that to occur..

We looked like we got some of our game going in the second half and numerous players got some much needed confidence.

Now was that a reflection of us or West Coast being so bad.

We saw what happened to Carlton after partying with West Coast last week.

I just hope internally, not the external Hardwick has displayed on ‘media street’.

Hope there is a fire within them to atone for last years game and for Dion Prestia’s 200 th game.

Reckon we win tonight.

Cats have key players out. Dangerfield especially who was flying.

Last week returned some confidence for us.

Balta great matchup for Hawkins.

This game is on the edge. There are many unknowns:players reaction on both sides to the Stewart assault. The umpires possibly will be trigger happy and may spoil the game. The crowd may be extra raucous .Cannot imagine the feelings Dion is having, his 200th and return match against the assailant. Our players will really need to be switched on and an all round team performance should get us over the line.Tiges just by 5 points and climb two spots further up the ladder.

I’m loving the optimism but all I can see is a huge loss tonight. Just go back to last week and the week before….we were ordinary against the Weagles and the game against the Suns was prob the worst I can remember for many years. There appears to be little system and our skills have been dreadful all year.

I reckon we win tonight too. I think our midfield will get on top. TT, Dusty and Shai to lead the line.

Have to say prior to 2016, The Blip, we had a habit of playing *smile* against *smile* opposition and only just winning and the playing better against good ones.......just doing enough. I reckon we'll get smashed tonight, just looking for a contest.

Hawkins, and Cameron thats who can beat us no one else.

Control the midfield control the footy and use composure inside 50 and not hand it straight over to them and we in with a shot.

My no 1 question is how do we kick a winning score?
Absolutely no idea ToO ............... but a short pray couldn't hurt.

Midfield dominance and repeat forward 50 entries. Strangle the supply to Hawkins and Cameron.

Do that and we will get the job done.

Yep, along with cohesion, composure, concentration. It's not too hard Tiges. Been there before.
