I don't think that's the point being made. 7 years and $1.5mill a year and two years of lost young talent for two similar players is a huge price to pay if not for premiership glory.

How were we to know the players already there that can’t step up for another year and the injuries would destroy our season

Nah. He gets as much as he gives and is mostly very level-headed, doesn't lose his cool often. The team as a whole was very undisciplined tonight.

Yep first 4 centre clearances clean as a whistle to them. Who is our midfield coach
