Game day Tigers v Eagles

In philosophical terms that is known as a logical fallacy: I saw a black cat = therefore all cats are black.
I have three cats. None of them black.

The exceptions that PROVE the rule!!!! :p

We have lost this year's flag on the back of list management decisions.
Edwards and Jack shouldve walked with Houli and Astbury.
Lambert I'm not sure what torture we are putting this kid through. He has serviced the club wonderfully over the years, why are pushing the envelope with him. He can't run, he can't bend over, what's the point.
5 picks on kids other clubs wait till pick 50+ or the rookie draft. They are soo far away from playing AFL its unbelievable.
Bianco shitest Collingwood player ever and a kid they picked up 2 weeks ago torched these 5 picks under 30 and Collier Dawkins and Dow.
I'm not happy.
Have you had that drink yet?

They only had 4 more inside 50's, and had the same amount of scoring shots (28).

Yes, we were poor in the midfield but conceding a score in 50% of their entries with an average forward line is worrying.
When you have midfielders charging out of the guts under little pressure, with 6-6-6, it's a finger in the dyke situation.

Game typified our season: up and down. Inconsistent. Thought our attack and pressure at ground level was poor for a few stages during the game. Pickett and D. Rioli had great games and made it look more comfortable for us than it really was.

I actually saw this as a danger game - Eagles had a free hit with a much stronger list than last time whilst we come off a bruising encounter the week before.

We cruised much of the game but a 6 goal win was pretty dominant I thought. Apart from the third qtr when they were on top - we controlled the game and sliced them open more often than not. We made some uncharacteristic mistakes in defence at times which let the door open a bit - but I will take that win every day of the week.

Remember they killed our session dead last year.

Worst 6 goal win I’ve seen in a long time.

That being said we played the last quarter and a half without Dusty, Cotch and Prestia but of course it was the eagles who were undermanned:)
Didn't notice Cotch and Prestia in.the first half.

Ok so just home and have not seen the game - read the last couple of pages thought we must be getting smashed so looked at the score to see we are over 30 points up and over 120 points kicked. WTF is wrong with u guys, U r either supporters of this club or not. We have 3 premierships on the board in the last 5 and all u can do is bag our premiership players...
This is a game day thread. can reminisce about recent glories elsewhere.

And no Balta isnt helping either.

Tigers are getting a lot of wind drag this season from injuries at the wrong time to the wrong players and too many blokes playing out of form out of fitness.

Does Healy stalk the Eagles or something? Seems to be in love with the team. Should see a shrink.
