Yep we are getting little from the last 3. Dusty not impacting games this season. Hopefully he turns that around in second half.

Its amazing what a difference centre clearances make! We have been smashed in there all season but finally tonight we are slightly better than break even. We can win this if we can continue to do the same. Rucks are doing ok. Hopper is our best mid at the moment (disposal better than the others) We need three goals from Bolton / Martyn combo.

We have a clear plan to not kick long as it falls into Melbournes hand with their talls.

We got to continue our strategy as we know HT has come and Melb will adjust but we got to stick to this plan. That’s our chance to win this game.
Don’t bomb it long. Lower the eyes. Look for that shorter option. Switch play to unsettle Melbourne’s structure.

I wonder whether the rules ( constant tweaking ) of the bump has uncharacteristically has left Pickett in no man’s land as to how approach the contest.
