Magnificent to win but Hawks on the way up,quick slick,Coulthard was a huge boost with his pace.

Did he really? He can just *smile* right off. He is the absolute worst of the commentators, and it’s a pretty crowded field.
A one point win against the Hawks and playing like *smile* tells me one thing. We are not finals contenders and to believe otherwise is simply delusional.
I agree with you, but a win is always a nice part of the weekend.
The good news.
Banks settling in. Good pace and skill.
Balta goes from strength to strength. Our backline looks incredibly strong going forward.
Taranto another good game made very good by scoreboard damage.
Ross is now a very decent player.
Coulthard great Q.
The bad.
Macca and Pickett. Jesus.
Lazy lazy 3 Qs. To me its age showing.
The forward line. I know I know Lynch. But really a mess.
JR more cooked than a Texas brisket.
Its all about recruiting forwards for 2024 for me. Again, we would be smacked week one of finals. Pass.

Good strategic thinking that's another whole season but worth it.
Ice in the veins when it mattered most, was very cool, calm and collected under intense pressure, good signs.
