Laziness and not being accountable is on the coaches first and fore mostly. The Hardwick culture of fun and inclusiveness was over 2 years ago and has not been replaced by discipline and hunger.
The list is a shambles - our recruiting an embarrassment compared to other clubs and our development of players is non-existent.
Most clubs would not play have the side out there today playing for the Tigers. Forget the finals please.
And stop singing the praises of the current coach. And his assistants and God knows the powers that be in the football department who have led the Tigers to this standard of football should all be gone by seasons end.
Otherwise 2024 will be a train wreck!

Our coaching plan hasn't really changed for four or five years whereas other teams have progressed past us!
Oh - well. I have just checked the scores again, reckon that’s our season done and dusted - if we can’t beat a hawthorn, our next 3 games will be like Everest.
The stats are pretty even apart from centre clearances and inside 50‘s (to them) and time in possession (us) so how does that translate into a 5 goal lead for them.

Shouldnt even be playing but where's the 5 in 30 to replace him?
That plan to attack the draft 2 years ago and then use our picks to fill spots on our list looks like a huge failure now.
