GAME DAY – R14 Tiges v Blues

Not sure we can hang on if we leave Edwards on. He is killing us. This is a Ben Lennon level performance from him. Shame to see a premiership champion struggle so badly.

Lambert has fumbled everything since qtr time. So many good opportunities burnt. Short is back to kicking to disadvantage. Back to dumb footy.

Someone tell Shedda to stop trying to kick everything off the ground. Bend over mate (if you still can).

The constant bombing into forwatd 50 is painful given we’re not crumbing any goals from it.

Carlton look much more dangerous going forward; more targets that can take a grab.

Will need guile and muck to hold on.

Hmmm, so if 2 players both slide in from opposite directions and break each others legs, who's at fault ?

I'm pretty sure the rule was invoked after Gary Rowan was taken out (while on his feet) by a sliding opponent who took his legs from under him and broke his leg badly......... NO ?
You can't slide in. It's simple. I've personally seen very serious injuries to team mates result out of that sort of action. Just because a leg doesn't get broken doesn't mean it's not dangerous.
