GAME DAY Jacks 300th V Lions

You bloody beauty what a win! That last quarter they worked so hard to win the ball in the contests, and deny Brisbane as much as possible.
You could see they just didn't want to let this game slip, like last week V the pies A few really bad errors in the back half of the last quarter which resulted in 2 goals to the lions but geez we weren't to be denied, well deserved.

Daisy Pearce making Taylor and Brayshaw sound like the blithering idiots they are.
If being an AFL commentator is about correctly calling and observing the state of the game (rather than toe-ing the anti-Richmond party line) then surely that "they've had a charmed run" comment from Taylor is a sackable offence? We had more than our fair share of injuries early on in both of the last two seasons and it's been even worse this year.
Just NO IDEA Brian.

REally solid performance tonight.

Makes such a difference having Nank and Lambert back. Lamberst such an important part of our handball game through the midfield along with Prestia, missing them both meant it was hard for us to get that part of our game up and running.

I mentioned last week I liked the look of the Stack, Rioli, Mansell and Short half back line (albeit they went off the boil a bit in the 2nd half last week) but they were very good as a collective tonight. Hardness, smarts with the ball, *smile* loads of speed.

Chol shows again what he can do. I hope he can put a few games like this in a row, he's clearly much better in the forward ruck role and may give us that point of difference. We all just want some consistency from him as we all know the talent that he has.

I've been standing up for Jack the last few weeks, against what seems like an avalanche of people on here that want him to retire and I thought he was excellent. 2nd in the Coleman, why would he retire?

L2R2R, you're a man who knows, I counted 6 indigenous boys for us tonight? Parker, Mansell, Pickett, Rioli, Bolton and Stack. Is that the most we've ever had?

His tackling or even a sneaky clip is what I love about him. You’d think twice going after him.
Oh for sure, he's as tough as Old Army Boots and has that ability to lay the sneaky old-tyme one in when laying on an opponent, and his tackles "hurt", so the next time they are watching for him too.

Great comment from Dimma.

Clueless reporter - "Do you need to tell Toby to lower his intensity sometimes"
Dimma - "How about I get YOU to tell him to lower his intensity and I'll stand behind you"

Hahahahahaha
