So what was priority 1 supposed to give you?Category and Priority are not linked.
Priority 1 have all been allocated a ticket (Guaranteed)
Priority 2 and 3 were then distributed the remainder of the allocation.
Important Information for those who have missed out or did not register (Thanks for the heads up Ian4) below
Secondary Grand Final ticket on-sale:
Eligible Club members who were unsuccessful in the ballot or did not register will have the opportunity in a potential secondary on-sale, should there be remaining tickets at the completion of the GIANTS ballot.
The secondary on-sale is open to eligible Club members on Tuesday, September 24 via Ticketek (pending ticket availability), from 11:00am - 1:00pm.
Please note, this is not a ballot system and will work as a normal on-sale via Ticketek. To have the best chance in securing ticket/s, eligible Club members will need:
1. Your Ticketek login details
2. Your 12-digit membership barcode (found on the back of your membership card). If you are purchasing for friends and family, please have their 12-digit barcode number ready too.
Members wishing to sit together must register their group in one transaction using one credit card. There is a maximum of 8 tickets per transaction.
Availability of tickets, including the category of seating, is solely dependent on the amount of remaining tickets (currently TBC). For access to secure a Grand Final ticket, you must login to Ticketek or call Ticketek on 132 849 between 3-5pm AEST, Tuesday September 24. Under no circumstance are tickets sold through the Club.
Please note, there are no junior ticket prices available for the 2019 AFL Grand Final. If you wish to buy a ticket for a junior, please buy a concession ticket.
Tickets will be allocated via ballot on a next best available basis, and therefore members can receive a Category 1-7 Reserved Seat, Restricted View seat or Standing Room ticket.
Can anyone else get the MCG seat finder to work?
How many standing room tickets do you have mate? I might be willing to swapMy standing room tickets have reappeared - good. But they are still standing room.
So what was priority 1 supposed to give you?
Sure? I thought they changed Seat to Ticket in 2018Priority 1 is a guaranteed Seat. RFC confirmed it is a SEAT not standing room
I've got 5 seats in M29 row JJ which i'm guessing is back under the stands ground level. (36 rows back)
Was about 10 rows back ground level last time, but as least we got seats. (Priority 1: 3121 Platinum)
Sure? I thought they changed Seat to Ticket in 2018
Thanks for copying and pasting the info about secondary ballot, MackTiger. A bit annoying they’re doing it this way, especially as it involves more tense Ticketek logging in during what, for most people, will be work hours - I don’t see why they couldn’t just choose more numbers from the ballot. I also hope when they say ‘eligible’ members this is still Gold members and they’re not just opening it up to the thousands who only joined up after 2017.
You are up the jolimont end if my de-coding is correctCan anyone here tell me where SQ31/F/19 actually is????????????
Why have all the seat codes got S in front of them. It’s confusing.Top deck Ponsford.
Row F would be Category 4 I believe.
It's next to the City end Scoreboard.
S is for Section (Bay) from memoryYou are up the jolimont end if my de-coding is correct
