The only segmant on the show i felt was worth watching was Hutchy . At least they have told Newman to shut up during that time.
Oh and just to add... It was a very cheap and poor effort at controversy with the Bombers nickname effort. Very very poor.. ??? Just came across as extremely to setup and a headline grabbing effort. When all they did was try to make something out of an article in the paper. plagerism ???
It will be the last time i watch this childish unfunny show. The only positives were Hutchy's information and almost footy legends. I'm sure they could do a lot better than the *smile* they are giving us at the moment and justify their quite large pay packets.

Dying a slow and undignified death is the AFL footy show. I only lasted a few minutes last night.
Surprises me that whomever is in charge didn't pick this up last year. Channel 9 increasingly seem out of touch.

I thought it was better than last week, but that ain't hard

Watched the NRL footy show and although it doesn't have the *smile* your pants laughing moments it is more consistently funny
The major difference between the two is that on the NRL footy show they can have some serious talk
Sam is unable to be serious at all, it just makes him uncomfortable so when there is some serious conversation Sam always tries to de-rail it with jokes

Tend to agree. The most interesting parts are when the players panel have a discussion...ie Browny and Lingy last nite but even that will be hard because crawf or billy will be on every week.

I saw the Marngrook (sp) footy show on the indigenous channel for the first time yesterday. I really enjoyed it and loved the discussion on all things football without the egos and wannabe comedians of TFS. I've gotta admit Lingy was pretty cute for the few minutes I saw of TFS last night though.

Watched it up till they gave the two minute preview of what would be one of the biggest round 1 games in the AFL/VFL history. Same crap just another typical show by the looks of it. Probably watched this show a hand full of times in the last few years and this just reinforced why. What a joke of a so called football show. Obviously it must be all about Carey tonight. Turned over to a good informative show on paytv.
