I reckon part of the media bias against us is simply from us choosing not to feed them insider information like some other clubs do.
We’ve maintained a large number of core major players on and off the field over the past 10 years.
They’ve been burnt enough in the past to hold strong in this area. Look at Damien’s cry about Dusty before the Grand Final for a recent example.
Forget about them had we got those selections right that would have changed the course of the Universe and we would not be experiencing the Dynasty we are today

I was listening to a bit of that trade radio on Friday and Sam Edmund was on with that Brownlow thief Cooney.
Nathan Broad came up in conversation and Edmund alluded to Gold Coast losing interest due to his close friendship with Brando.... and it was like they were winking at eachother doing the ... 'ya know what I mean'?
Cooney said something along the line of .... so they play up a bit....? with a bit of a hmmmmm from Edmund..
Pretty *smile* sort of stuff IMO... then again they're playing by Hutchinson's rule book which means ya can make *smile* up and keep the clicks coming.
