Finals Week 2: the Keilor cafe games.

Exactly. It was actually quite a bizarre match at times. I like how Carl are playing. But Curnow will have to kick 9. Wont happen.
Fox have not mentioned the Viney blunder.
There was also the non touched touch in the first quarter.

Playing Schache as the sub must be one of the weirdest coaching moves ever. And surely Grundy would have offered more than McDonald.

Let’s see whether the ‘media’ come hard for Carlton and the doctor over Cripps and especially Weitering. Weitering was throwing up for goodness sakes.
Media will move on quickly to next game courtesy of AFL instructions

Dees have wasted this group.

Underachievers of the highest order.

Must change the group dynamics. Van Rooyen a huge out. That’s how good he is.

Spot on Scoop. Now if the dees had a Tom Lynch. They beat the Pies and Blues and probably win the flag.

There was no need to throw picks to get grundy. They needed an A grade forward

If Curnow hadn’t invited the team to his place for some team building
Voss would’ve been gone as the players weren’t playing for him till mid season bye
Yep, I keep thinking about this. Makes you wonder what happened. Hypnotism? Selling souls to the devil?

Brown, McDonald and Schache delisted.

I'd send their two first rounders to Carlton for McKay.

They need a Rioli type in the backline, and a bit of pace in the midfield, well, everywhere. Hibberd has retired but he was slow, Tomlinson slow.

Shop Salem around, they'll get a pick for Grundy.

They've got the assets to change things around majorly.

Brown reckons the roar is louder than in our 2017 PF against Giants. Maybe because two Melb teams played there tonight?
How these ‘commentators” forget that roar in 17.

93-94K Tiger supporters and 2-3K Giants or the roar when we played the Cats????

BT . What can you say?

Looking back the Dees blew it but the Blues also had some incredible luck. The Sparrow free when Walsh charged him, the free against McDonald, Gawn touching the Oliver kick at goal, Calrton ignoring the concussion protocols
What was Gawn trying to do there? He went at it one handed so he obviously wasn’t trying to mark it? He doesn’t touch that ball it’s a goal. Fair dinkum bizarre from the captain. Add to the two very gettable goals he missed and it is a game he won’t want to think about.

They are after WC pick 1 , reportedly!

Exactly.
It’s going for a goal. 😮😮😮

For me that’s footy done for the year, that was the last game I was looking forward to watching. Couldn’t care less what happens from here.

They just replayed the Oliver shot on goal where Gawn touched it on the line. Massive brain fade by Gawn.

He didn’t need to touch it. Gawn cost them the game.

The cheese platters didn't even get to witness their drought breaking flag live. Straight sets two years in a row? If that was Richmond I'd be gutted.
Been saying it all the time.
Imagine waiting 57 years for a flag only to be robbed of seeing it by a global pandemic. Doesn’t count. Lel. Suck *smile* Melbourne.

Maybe Maynard’s flowers and wine put Melbourne off
Something ‘in the wine’?

How many drank from it?

Melb ‘drink their own bath water”.

Mr ‘The Next Dusty”, yeah right. Petracca wishes.

There is only one Dusty!

The biggest ‘big time, finals, GF player in the ‘modern game’.

It was almost like he'd forgotten he could shepherd on the line
