Essendon = Entitlement

Such a shame to see what has become of a once-powerful force of our game.

Not.

Taken a leaf out of Norf's book and sacked him the week they play us lol. How pathetically predictable.

The person who most understands their real cultural problems is Rohan Connelly. His twitter account at these times is always interesting.

He is a fanboy like all the others but he knows its the cronyism, politics and boys club issue., This is what he just tweeted re: clarkson.

I think Clarkson is about the only possible candidate strong enough to actually be able to turn around the ailing culture of the place and deal with the very messy politics that are endemic in the club. Simply too much for less experienced or connected coaches to deal with.

This is just the shake up Essendon need leading into 2023, I can see them really improving next season, don’t be surprised if they win the flag…..

Nothing will change until Campbell is outed as CEO and the CEO is backed by the Board - to get rid of Dodoro and all the others in the shadows there.

The only senior coach who could put up with it - and stand up for himself would be Ross Lyon. I wouldnt touch the place if I was Clarko. He's already had Kennett. He will want time.

Yep, Dodo is the elephant they need to get rid of.

Actually, I think I know why they're knee jerking now. Maybe rushing to buy Clarko while lolnorf was about to grab him off the shelf later this week.

This could be fun if so. The Marshmallow War could erupt again.

FMD why does this always happen to us. Whats the point of even doing it now and not wait?

I hope they bring Hird back as senior coach. He's had a great impact on GWS this year.

I don’t think this will generate a rebound like Kangas. Players will be hangdog all week with everyone in senior roles at the club knowing they are in deep trouble of being sacked. They will provide 10 mins of resistance then collapse

I'm surprised that yesterdays man, Kevin Sheedy can't sort the Bombers out. He's probably networking for the coaches job.
He's too busy selling the world's best steak knifes on the shopping channel.

It has no bearing on our game this week so who cares.
The news this morning looks like turning a Monday into a pretty good day.
Sucked in Bombres.

I'm with you. ... the moment those knuckleheads gave Sheedy (or more likely Sheedy told them this is what I'm doing) ...... the ambassadorial role at 250k plus ..... an open expense and travel at will ..... it showed they can't move on from their messiah complex!

The sooner Sheedy, Dodoro and those raffle ticket shysters, the old Essendonians are shown the exit, the better off they'll be.... (ps.. hope they stay forever!)
