Essendon = Entitlement

What an arrogant and up themselves football club.
They have always been that plastic Toorak club in the western suburbs.
They are having a 'review' but using 3 of the blokes that work there.
Can't wait for the findings...

I’m sure they’ll readily accept personal responsibility for the clubs failings …….. just like Golden Boy Jimmy did when the “supplements” saga first hit the fan and he said the buck stopped with him. Of course from day two onwards GB ducked and dived and denied everything and sent them into the shyte.

Seriously Sheedy is just a full time trouble maker. Wellman Seriously a puppet would do a better job. Madden might’ve been a good ruckman but reviewing a footy club, a bit out of his depth.
If that club stands for a anything, they need to cut ties with Sheedy.
Sheedy one minute is GWS person then next mintue he is back at Essendon.
Having him on the board is a disaster waiting to happen.
This is the same club that took 6 months to decide he was to be sacked.
Weak football club

Hand on heart I'm not taking the *smile*, but I believe it was called Mr Cool Ice. :ROFLMAO:

In fairness, that's an allegation not a fact. He denied trafficking and those charges were dropped.
I didn't say he was trafficking, I said "Fact: He was also in the methamphetamine business"

Manufacturers and buyers as well as sellers are all in the business

I hear bummer supporters saying the truth will come out soon and the AFL will need to apologies.
Pffft. Find me the supplement program that lists what they are taking. That went missing quickly.

Dank is still telling people the truth will come out soon.
Has he found his box of documents? The current bulls-it coming from the Robbo’s and co is very similar to what Dank kept saying all through the debacle. The smoking gun he suggested would do the trick never materialised. And neither will this.

As a born and bred essadon boy....I always thought of the suburb as North. "Plastic Toorak of the West" is hilarious. That'd be Williamstown. Actual Plastic in the refineries and exy real estate. There's a strip of real estate along the train line near Moonee Ponds that's Toorak in the north. Housing commission in other parts. God the Maribrynong River was a drain. Swam in it once as a dare. Some of the clubs in The Essendon DFL had to have police attending their U15s & U17s. mainly due to the Broady team being off the chain but Noah Balta's old team Doutta Stars had some mad fighters too. A good YMCA nearby to Doutta got me into playing basketball. A lifelong love. Some of the pubs I worked at near Flemington had the Jason Moran's and that Flemington crew as regulars in weekends.
Always been a lot of footallers live there. A few ex Carlton players, Crackers Keenan, Ricky McLean. So many private schools, high schools. Didn't Cotchin go to some school in Essadon? Kew/Hawthorn like. The worst thing out of Essendon was that Bob Santamaria catholic A hole & his DLP... had Essendon as his heart land.
My old man was a bit of a prude and disliked Windy Hill for the poor language and being Catholic too maybe, started barracking for the Tigers. Lucky me that was late 1960s. I actually went to Windy Hill a bit with mates, sink tinnies, warm up for gigs at Church Halls. (yay ACDC!!) , the brawl with Graeme Richmond was the highlight.
I have no love or hate for EFC. I saw enough of Sheedy as a player for him to have a successful coaching career is great. I hope ex Richmond boys get into coaching like Shaun Grigg. I reserve that my hate for Hawthorn and Geelong. And the beltings they would routinely hand us.
I've lived in Prahran never Toorak so I can't really compare what goes on there. Dangeous if you're a rich fruiters ?

A feel good moment for Blues fans same as 1999.
Any win over those c***s is a good one.

Especially last week. They had to have Carlton on the Friday night to celebrate their big 150th. Thanks for the invite.
