Meh. It’s just another Sheeds smokescreen to divert attention away from their pathetic performances over a countless number of years.
Classic Sheedy. Ignore.
And just heard he is part of the committee undertaking the review. Progressive club.Sheeds is on the board.
Apparently getting a lot of the old band back together for the 150 year celebration clash with Carlton. Hirdy will be there. Hopefully the Weapon and Danks are invited.
Favourite twitter account. Will be a sad day when it shuts down. Really need them to crack 10k. Under 10 years now.
They’re every chance to do just that. There 150 celebrations are clearly the reason they got the Friday night slot from the AFL. I hope they get absolutely flogged.

I'd be very surprise if Sheeds wasn't reprimanded privately if not publicly. Sheesh you get fined for criticising an umpiring decision. The AFL should grow a set and tell then to GAGF
Now that's a Jubilee I can celebrate
a dysfunctional deluded one? Can't believe the commentary coming out of that place, football is a massive industry, they are meant to be a professional organisation. What sort of board endorses this sort of behaviour?

Druggos vs Carlton
Injectors vs Saints
Exposeyourveins vs Eagles.
What happens now? 3 options for the AFL as far as I can see:
1. Do nothing, don't respond. Probably most likely but comes with its own problems. Can't see Sheedy, Corcoran and co shutting up about it, it will keep rearing its head, which is a problem for the AFL. How big a problem depends on how loud and regularly they keep at it, but its a problem.
2. Apologise. Can't see it happening. As I said earlier, the AFL botched the handling of it, but not in the ways Essendon have deluded themselves into believing.
3. Full AFL mea culpa. They come clean on what they stuffed-up, how they would have done it differently, detail and explain what Essendon actually did, which they have never done as part of their obfuscating strategy. And read Essendon the riot act and intervene Melbourne-style and radically reform the joint.
From the perspective of the AFL, which is defensive, reactive, corrupt and lazy, 3 isn't an option so its between 1 and 2. I'd bet on 1.
The AFL kept the floating fixture in place (which everyone hates) so they could avoid giving dud teams the Friday night fixture like they did a few years back with the bloose. And THEN they go and GIVE THREE Friday night game to the Bummers IN A ROW - really you couldn’t make this stuff up if your tried
