McKay , I love the stat he’s played in 7 winning games in 6 years , to me that would ring alarm bells, but he could just go bang in a better team , but $850k

Guess if Essendrugs have got plenty of cap space to play around with, it's smart thinking. By paying him a shitload of overs in his first year, they'll only be paying him around 600K a year for the rest of his contract. Not really big shekels and leaves them plenty of room for hunting up another money deal next year.
