Haha that's gold. I live in Glen Iris and that was the biggest I've ever felt by a fair way. Felt tremors in Melbourne before but most have just been like a big gust of wind during a storm and were over almost as soon as I realised what was happening. This one there was absolutely no mistaking. Gee a real one must be a pretty scary experience...

Got twenty seconds of it here in Cheltenham - started like a big wind and then the house started rocking.

Dogs slept through the whole thing. ::) So much for early warning so we could get under the door frames.

My dog ran around barking, but has now resumed her normal laziness on the couch.
My cats did nothing!
