The Herald Sun article where Cotchin interviews several players and Grimes anoints himself as Optimus was written on 29th July 2017.
Sorry Scoop, court action still pending and has now been amended to include your brother

Optimus Grimes changes things. He really helps with the ability to play on tall or small.

For the record, I've used "Optimus" in my signature since the start of the 2014 season when I was his president.

However, I'm not claiming that I came up with the moniker, as I'm neither that clever or original.

I'm sure that it's been around for a while.

Never shirks a contest. As good as Dustin Fletcher in his prime, minus the cheap shots.

Grimey makes them hurt, but well within the rules of the game. He just hits as hard/harder than his opponent
