It's done. That look and smile was something special. Relief, excitement & belief in everything that is going on.

Huge effort to get there. History suggested he was gone but it's a real statement of belief.

Normally I call bull but with Ralph "its also about be Carr", I would not be surprised if there is a "side deal" to let Ch9 announce this on Thursday night.
