Dreamtime 2020 Game Day

Jordan Lewis saying Essendon should have won if Vlaustin hadn’t “staged” for free......absolute self opinionated dumfk.
It seems like now every week we have to suffer the media focusing on some *smile* anti-Richmond issue out of the game.

They were not hard conditions. When they score just as many goals from a third inside 50s, that is an issue.
It happens every week - Richmond Bombers just kick it in inside 50 and have no idea who they are kicking it to.

We're 3rd on the ladder at this point, obviously that we'll change. Have massive outs still. Surely we can enjoy a win rather than go after us. We're almost a rebuilding side pushing for a flag at he moment. Tough crowd.

Yes this will be interesting. Hopefully a stronger opponent will raise our competitive instincts. Because we've been as flat as a shitcarters hat the last 2 games.

I don't think we've been flat, we've completely dominated both games, our ball use wasn't great but the flood doesn't help at all. We won't get that flood against West Coast, if we can dominate contested possession like we did again tonight, then we will beat the Eagles.

Stack, Chol, Markov and Aarts.

None of them were present in September last year.

None of them will likely be present this September either.

Rioli and stack shouldn't had played tonight.
Both are in shocking form.
Add caddy
Houli looks under done
Cotchin looks cooked

Can't see when the form slump willl change

Game day threads are always a hellpit but it was frustrating, winning the I50s by 44 and winning the game by 12 points (or whatever)... But I agree, a win is a win and we can be better. The WC game will be interesting, that's a must win for us now and would set us up for a top four finish.

Its looking somewhat grim .

A win against the Coasters will change things so hopefully the magic dust is found this week and sprinkled liberally.

A win against the Coasters will set us up.

I could be wrong as I don't quite follow the injuries of other teams, but of the top 6, I think we have more growth in our team with the players coming back

Not only is Jordon Lewis going after Big V for acting for the 50.
*Brad Johnson went after Grimes, that he has now has "acted' in 3 incidents in 12 months.
*Chris Connelly is going off his nut about the 50.
And then the worse of the worse
*John Ralph reckons lynch must cop a week for a hook punch to Hurleys next..cockroach..

I like that we are so obviously below anything approaching our best yet sit 3rd. At least for now.

Where is West Coast, Geelong or Ports improvement going to come from?

Markov going ok. Apart from the miss in the 1st qtr looked good with his run and carry. The other 3 need to be replaced along with Houli and Graham

Our best team has all of: Prestia, Edwards, Nank, Caddy and Astbury back. With a shortened season though they might not be back in time.
Nank and Caddy are probably the only 2 certainties. Prestia and Astbury have both had setbacks and Edwards gets back for one game before the finals. Even if the latter 3 get back they will all be underdone.

All the bombers fans are salty. Richo can tell them about umpiring decisions in Dreamtime games.
Essendon is *smile*; absolute rubbish. I'm quite pissed off we only won by 12 points.

Bombers fans can sit on that.

Totally agree, frustrating game , but not the end of the world. games in tropical conditions are tough.
