Damien Hardwick

was that playing Short, the guy who came to us as FP, won AA as a BP, playing in the midfield? or the moves of Balta and Baker, both of whom came to us as forwards, back to the backline? or leaving the 3x premiership small forward Rioli down back?

all clubs move guys around, and many players find success in new positions, not sure Hardwick and co deserve criticism for that, especially when that criticism ignores all the moves that do work.

Of course all clubs move guys around, and players can find success in new positions that they're better suited to - I'm not suggesting otherwise. I have no issues whatsoever with trying new things, and I'm more than happy to applaud the moves that bear fruit - Rioli and Short are great examples.

Where I do have an issue is when the coaching panel hangs onto something for too long when it's not working out as everyone hoped. I've never been a fan of "let's just give it one more week and maybe it'll come good" philosophy. I prefer the fail fast approach - by all means try out new stuff, but if it doesn't work cut your losses and move on. I don't think that's being overly unreasonable.

That explains George’s regular selection. He gives Dimma the giggles and makes his day more entertaining.

Whilst grabbing a coffee this morning, the front page of the HS grabbed my attention. Looking forward to the musings of the PRE enlightened folk on the Dimma article

Its not the back pain he is trying to manage. Its the butt pain from getting shafted by the umps every week.

It also helps him forget that Gilligan and Shocking changed the rules to bring us down.

Tigers breaking down barriers again.

Now who will be the first to go public with "psychedelics cured my depression".

Is that why Dimma still drinks the old El Fresco orange juice and has Cypress Hill playing in his office all day

I like how he said I've started using 'medicinal marijuana' four months. As if since October 2016 he's just been ripping bongs.

He's off his chops ! :ROFLMAO:
When Dimma flew back from the Eagles game he was asked at the airport, how long were in Perth?
Dimma said I was there a week...... I mean a day.
The guy said well, what was it, a day or a week?
Dimma said, it was a week day:ROFLMAO:

This might explain what all those oversea “development opportunities” trips he does.

Dimma's Joint meeting has been cancelled.
Break out room agog with Rusta.. Tea cosies.
Sounds of Dee Lite through the halls of Power on the boom box.
Meanwhile Neil "The Psychedelic Co-ordinator" Balme blankly looks out across Punt Rd oval from his office with feet resting on window ledge whilst reclining on his Director's chair and hands locked behind his bogan bonce.
Great Days at RFC!
