A couple of interesting Test series going on OS.

India are not the powerhouse they were. NZ leading 1-0 and on top in the 2nd test.

100 runs ahead on first innings.

Could the Kiwis give India it's first home test series defeat in 12 years??

Then go back to 2014 before that. In fact only 3 tests in total in 11 years.

Incredible record.

Be an amazing achievement if they can.

Santner 7 wickets … Decent bowler but not that good.

Kohli fading, a bit like Steve Smith. Missed a full toss from Santner playing across it and was bowled.

Lost 8-1 in 27 balls :ROFLMAO:

Not sure the point.

If New Zealand win this series it will go down as an All-Time great win. Folklore. Like us in 2004/05. Remembered forever.

Like Australia beating the West Indies away for the first time in many years.

India have shown no signs of decay. All credit so far needs to go to the Kiwis.

Not saying you are, but let's not down play it. We've watched Australia fail to come to terms with all a tour there entails many times.

To make it even better, Pakistan on top against the Poms.

Not downplaying it just surprised because it is not expected on form.

Santner has been around for years and never looked like getting a 7 for before, in fact he has never taken more than 3 wickets in an innings in a test match before and he already surpassed his best match toll of 6.

Kohli is definitely on the decline however, not the player he was.

Yep. He would enjoy playing in India more than the green tops he gets at home.

India always favours finger spinners. Only need to look at Ashwin, Jadeja etc.

Michael Clarke, 6 for 9.

Jason Krezja 12 wickets on debut.

Plenty of mediocre finger spinners have done brilliantly in India. You only need to turn the ball a little and the pitches do the rest. Straight balls get wickets and plenty run along the ground.

Even SOK carved them up.

Washington Sundar who had 6/300 prior to this match has 11/115 out of the 15 Kiwi wickets to fall.

So what might the logic be behind playing the domestic one dayers on a work day yesterday then come today Saturday there's nuttin?

It can't be to protect grade and suburban cricket because a) they used to be played on weekends and b) no one watches it anyway.

Remember two weeks ago when England made 7 for 8000 and Pakistan lost by an innings after making 500 in the first dig? Then they dropped Babar because he hadn't made a run in a year, and recalled two spinners who hadn't played first-class cricket in a year? And everyone ridiculed them for both calls? Then Babar's replacement made a debut 100 and those two spinners took 39 wickets between them in two Tests and they rolled the Poms?

Remember Harry Baseball making 317, and then 56 more runs for the series?

Along with NZ about to roll India, this is Good For Cricket. I like this Pakistan side, they have fight, especially Rizwan, Sajid and Noman, but really all of them. Well led by Shan Masood. They did themselves credit out here last summer and they deserved this series win.

Not to mention the double centurion as their coach…

They deserved the series win, but talk about creating surfaces that only benefit their spinners. This is the reason they fail to beat anyone outside of Pakistan.

The 2nd test was played on the exact same wicket as the 1st test, dust bowl, and the 3rd test looked like that wicket had been played on multiple times. Not 1 ball bowled by a pace bowler from Pakistan in the 3rd test, says everything you need to know about the wicket.

Certainly benefits them to win a series, but does it really benefit them long term? I doubt it.
