I started the online booking process last month to see whether I could get in for a Pfizer shot. I could.

If we were overrun like e.g. Indonesia then I’d have no problem isolating for three months. More if necessary. We already did it once, remember?

Of course the government is going to continue doing its best to protect lives. An about-face at this point would be insane. And yeah, the risk of me getting infected right now is minimal, hence I’m not vaccinated.

And it's exactly that kind of attitude that means we are at risk of being locked down again and make it even longer for us to open up the economy and the borders.

Earlier this year you were furious at travellers returning and potentially shutting down the economy. Now it's a gentle stroll, no problem about waiting for vaccination, we can shut the economy down for another 3 months, all good.

Absolutely, so when you come up with some actual evidence of wrong-doing on the part of Fauci that isn't just vague handwaving , woo and long youtube videos I'll happily take a look. I've never met Fauci and have no strong opinion about him except that he thought Trump was a moron, and I can't fault him on that.

It is a long video. You can ignore it or you can fast forward to the bits where Fauci speaks and his emails that contradict him.

On the paper I'll give you some background information. Fauci testified in congress that the US did not fund gain of function research in the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

Also I suggest you actually pay a little bit of attention to the stuff on Peter Daszak in the Jimmy Dore video. Might be historically significant in the years to come..

anti-vaxxers and anti-lockdowners are the obvious picks..

but here's one - somebody went into a store recently and was told to leave because they were WEARING a mask !
another was asked to leave an exercise class and not come back because they'd had the vaccine ...

these little incidents are becoming more frequent and it's a worry i reckon ..

Yeah, it's all part of the far right attempt to rehabilitate Trump and minimise his fault in the Covid response in the US by alleging the virus was artificially created in Wuhan labs with funding from Fauci via the NIH. Hence you get people like Tucker Carlson, Rand Paul and other Fox News far-right nutjobs leading the charge on Fauci. Daily Mail in the UK is another Trump ally proxy.

The thing is the "Fauci did it through funding gain of function" is so easily debunked. Google it.
