Based on the comments on last week’s VFL game by SteveMorris why would Hugo be picked ahead of Dow ?
I think Mr Dow Is history at the end of the year and VFL form is irrelevant to senior selection.

The only thing I can think of is Hugo plays wing and Pickett forward again. Ross is named on the wing but needs to play in the guts

Hugo will probably be played in the backline where even the incompetent Eagles can feast on the mistakes he makes.

Cumbo stiff, this is the game he kicks 5.

Sony knew he was fked. He was virtually in tears when he came to the interchange last week.
Cumberland isn't Hardwicks favourite. Not sure I would play Clarke Ralphsmith or Miller in front of him.
