Pickett is also available. Only Lynch is on the injury list. From what we have heard he is available next week v Blues

Early prognosis

Both Balta and Lambert should be recalled for Thursday night's clash against Port Adelaide, with the latter managing a chronic hip issue which may see him rested in the future. – Sarah Black

The Good Oil : Captains Run this morning :

I think I counted only 23 out there today when you usually have a couple of extras that would include a couple of would be emergencies so assuming that is the the exact squad this is my team :

**Note: Balta, Hugo, Clarke, Lambert, Shai trained forward and Gibcus & Tarrant back.

**There was no sign of JNR, Castagna, Ross.

Baker Tarrant Grimes
Tigga Gibcus DRioli
KMac Short Pickett
Lambert Balta Shai
Dusty Riewoldt Shedda

Followers: Nank, Prestia, Cotch

Interchange: Soldo, Broad , Graham Hugo

Medi sub: Judson Clark

Hmmm, cheers Caeser.

Forward line looks light on for pressure. Reckon Clarke plays. Cumberland very stiff.

Interestingly Balta forward. If so, Leysy would 1000% leave Ivan out.

Hope not going in too tall...

Interestingly Balta forward. He can comfortably ruck 5 mins a quarter against Finlayson/Dixon. If so, Leysy would 1000% leave Ivan out.

Well done young man. Didn’t think he was physically ready.
Surely not as sub?
Must be on the bench.
Who take 5th spot? Lambert?

I reckon Clarke will be in the 22, Hugo to the wing and Pickett will be the medi-sub.

So i wonder who misses out? better not be Hugo
Given we have been arguably too tall all year and we are into winter and wet nights now has to be a tall surely?

WOnt be Pickett. Dimma was saying how little footy he has played in the past month. He will get a full game, otherwise they would have played him in the VFL.

My guess is perhaps Lambert to give him an extra week or, if needed, few minutes. Otherwise Hugo
