Changes against the Swannies.

Wasn't Eggmolesse-Smith listed in the best in the scratch match?

Played a good game on debut there last year. Would like to see him replace Houli.

Think I read somewhere that Egg has an impending baby due so may not be hubbing it either. What I don't know is whether his Mrs is going to lay it.

Actually, just saw Egg getting on the bus to the airport so that must have been crap

I'm a rioli fan but lately he has been a little 'lazy'. Is he carrying something? Aaarts had a much better game and seemed more hungrier for the ball. I would drop Rioli and bring in those who are more famished.

Sheds - Bolton
Houli - Naish
Nank - Soldo
Cotch - Graham
Lynch - CCJ
Prestia - Pickett

Ross could slot in anywhere there.
RCD still needs more score on the board.
Stack needs fitness and hunger before he can be looked at again.
Haven't heard much about Markov this year yet.

Wow, that's a lot of downgrades.

I really don't want Pickett to play. He has not shown anywhere near the intensity required to play the Richmond system.

Was it a coincidence that our pressure brand was back as soon as he was omitted?

our players are doing 14 day quarantine in QLD, but are still playing on sunday.

Only 14 days?
Thought they would have been quarantined for a least 2 weeks.

Lambert got back in 4.
Lambert had a partial syndesmosis sprain early in the game 2 weeks b4 2018 finals. Played out the game but trouble walking the next day. Decision was for a minor procedure to strengthen the ankle, missed 2 games but was not right in the finals.
Butler had a similar injury which was not responding well enough to rest and strengthening so he had same procedure as Lambert but he came good this year.
Doubt that we'll see Nank or Prestia in good form again this year even if they have surgery. Getting back is one thing, getting back in good form is another thing altogether.

IMHO , we are at our best when we are up against it. 2017 came together because Griffo got injured and so we played with 1 ruck and Griggy as a fill in. We had to come up with another game plan and Dimma did. In 2019, we were on the road at Port with lots of injuries and won by 7. We know how to win, and our reserves know how to win. Bring that spirit into hub over the next few weeks and it will be dynasty defining.

I will go:
Nank - Soldo
Cotch - Graham to play that defensive hunter
Dion - Shai
Sheds - Marlion
Bach - Stacky

Hopefully Lynch comes up, otherwise CJ probably replaces him.

With so many changes and experience going out, I don't think it's the week for another debutant.

Graham and Ross would get a look in also. we got some cover and a good opportunity to stake a claim for some.

Soldo, Graham, Ross, Naish, Dow, Bolton, Stack, Pickett, RCD, CCJ, Garthy, Markov, Egg. Also Turner finding some form.
We have good options.

Would love to see CCJ and Dow, Soldo a lock. Think Pickett will come in for Houli perhaps although we have depth, unfortunately depth doesn't cover loses of Cotch, Prestia, Lynch, Edwards and Houli…

Think team can win both vs Swans & North, need to hold the ledger similar to last year.

Need more out of Dusty although he did a few good things but looked out of sorts yesterday.

Soldo, CCJ, Bolton, Dow, Picklett/ Stack, Graham.

Seriously look at dropping Grover he was terrible yesterday.

His two way running ability the only reason to get him another run

Putting a positive spin on the changes ....

Sheds was in *smile* form. hand balling too feet. saved us dropping him.

Bachar was a bit shaky too.

Dion is less suited to COVID footy than some + lamb hit form to replace his role.

Nank isn't really a Covid footballer either - Blood CCJ and rotate with Mabior (who is a prototype Covid footballer IMO)

Cotch is irreplaceable - no positive to be spun here.

we have some superb footballers in the 2's, both accomplished and emerging. M.Pickett, S.Stack, $hai, Graham, DOW, Naish?

this is classic Richmond opportunity knocking, and just like the accidental 1 tall forward line might piñata that broke the drought,

I reckon this will benefit us in winning a COVID flag.
