Changes against Collingwood.

Is Pickett not right? Based on form this year, KMac and Edwards selected before him is nonsensical.

I can't complain about the side.

It's undoubtedly the best side we've put up all year. And we will win.

But I'm disappointed Stack was dropped, and surprised Pickett is fit and not selected.

There are still a couple of easy changes to be made that would make us better.

Relieved to see Tigga named must have been illness or other that has kept him away from training this week?

Interesting on Dion obviously giving him till the last moment, wouldn't be at all surprised if he is a late out.

Selection for WC was pre 2021. Selection this week was post 2021. Happy with the ins but not hapoy with the outs particularly Stack. Was looking forward to the pressure of Stack and Rioli in our fwd line and keeping the ball there. How Pickett is not in ahead of Edwards or even Graham is beyond me.

Stack has not played a dominant game since 2019 so why after a 5 possession game are some posters complaining at his omission?????????

1 game doesn't answer everything. Give him another chance, but with Duz in, the MC would know better. Hopefully he impresses again in the 2nds.

Might want to watch the game against Freo last season.

Pickett not being selected is the biggest head scratcher.

MoJu in the right place at the right time for his three quick goals against rubbish oppo last week.

apart from that pretty much the same game as Stack - good defensive efforts.

I would've liked to keep both, as our F50 pressure was through the roof for the first time this year.

if you wanna arrest the most disturbing trend of the last year and a bit - being so easily scored against - you need to up your defensive rating across the ground.

plus, smart, skilled forwards are a must if you typically deliver the ball in agricultural fashion and crumbs are likely.

in a nutshell - disappointing. particularly as Stack looks to be a confidence player. one game, a solid defensive bedrock, and he's out again.

there's something just slightly off about selection this year, as if there are competing philosophies in the selection meetings.

no pickett is also a mystery, as he was probably our best player early doors.

Going to be interesting to see which younger uncontracted players will look elsewhere for more opportunity and which ones we will delist. Stack 22, Martyn 21, Cumberland 21, Ross 21 , RCD 22, Miller 22, Bigoa 20.
