Callum Coleman-Judas - extricate yourself to Nth Ballarat, you git

I think we'd be telling the kid there's no expectation but for him to compete and give his best. We realise it's probably early in his development for the big time, but it's a good experience for him to test himself. Enjoy the occasion.

For a kid last year who looked like he wasn't ready for VFL footy, he's come a long way in a short time.

Big night for Cujo in front of a massive crowd, all he needs to do is crack in hard n have some fun.

Bloody just as much fun watching our youngsters coming through this year as watching us keep winning games, barely notice that we're missing some premium talent.

From the RFC web site on the VFL report.

10 disposals, nine hit-outs, four tackles & four clearances

“Played the majority of the ruck with (Ivan) Soldo being out, swapping with ‘Cholly’ (Mabior Chol). I though he was fantastic around the ball with his ‘hit tos’ and his ability to be able to get used when we have to if we kick the ball forward. He didn’t have an impact on the scoreboard, but he had a big presence around the stoppages, which was great.”

His main role up forward, apart from ruck work, will be to separate the tall defenders, to stop Tom being double-teamed. Then add Balta to the mix occasionally, for the ultimate mis-match.

This. Reckon it'll help Tom having another marking tall in our fwd line

Get out there and play like a smooth criminal son.

If you can bere to read barretts sliding doors,

Criminal Jones looks like he's been bitten on the knee by a snake.

The good signs just keep accumulating.

"'CJ', we call him 'The Zombie' because he seems so much older than he actually is. He's got a great head on his shoulders, he's worked incredibly hard this year," Grimes said.

I agree. He does look older than 19.
