Callum Coleman-Judas - extricate yourself to Nth Ballarat, you git

Gold Coast is the perfect place for talented but mostly underperforming & inconsistent footballers. Chol suits them nicely. No loss for us.

CCJ is the loss - good ruck/forwards are hard to find. Anyway invest in Ryan plus who we draft. Perhaps look at trading for a Jake Riccardi from GWS

We have Martin and lynch on workloads.
But dosent all clubs especially top 4 sides have players over 800k.
Geelong, Dangerfield Cameron Hawkins Selwood.
Port Wines Boak Dixon
Footscary Bompmytelly McCrea

I'm getting value out of this, which I originally posted on the Chol the bomber thread -
Have you noticed that over the past few seasons, those who have left generally don't get better, and often are worse. A testament to our system that turns ordinary players into good players.

I seriously abandoned hope on CCJ,

when he passively let that fat Gold Coast bloke stroll off with his kebab.

what kind of ruckman does that?

first rounder please LOLNorf

theres obviously a severe ruckman shortage with all the 35 year olds plodding around; Mummy, Martin, Goldy, etc

The last time we lost someone we wanted to keep was Deledio. That worked out OK

Obviously with Soldo and Lynch around, these two decide to go. Maybe even Samson Ryan and Mate Colina.

Disappointed about CCJ as he could be anything.

Good luck at both clubs.....coz you're gonna really need it.

Key forwards? We don’t have many.

Simple solution. Bolster the midfield.

Dusty becomes our full time forward once Jack retires. There is potentially 50 goals right there.

Two observations;

1. We are really going to regret this and 2. Jack Riewoldt is going to need to produce three good years if we are to win a flag.
We made our bed. The melts in the next 5 years because there is no depth are going to be tough.

Honestly this reflects really poorly on Callum. If he walks to the PSD or accepts a deal knowing that the tigers get reamed, then he is a peice of *smile*.

There are a lot of toys being thrown out of the cot in here. Sheesh.

We must be very confident that Soldo will be right to go next season - which is certainly a good sign.

I wonder if we will hit the draft this year and free up the Salary Cap for 2023 and target someone like De Goey as a RFA at the end of next year.

Martin and De Goey rotating in the forward line would make things pretty interesting.
