Callum Coleman-Judas - extricate yourself to Nth Ballarat, you git

Bring in Talia and Tarrant and move Balta forward. A stop gap I know but quality

Wasn't Richmond rumoured to be looking at Blake Schlensog (199cm) in the Mid Season draft. Still only 21 and played as a key back and forward in the WAFL this year.

He is a Delisted Free Agent too.

If he does decide to go we need to take whatever we can get for him.

Prickies Bro probably on the phone helping with this as a revenge hit, cos they both seriously hate the RFC.

North wont want to cough up #20 either the knowing they'll walk him to the PSD.

Now would be a great time for Thomas or Simpkin to say they want to go to the RFC, just sayin

We can't afford to loose young talent like CCJ. He was always going to take time and I think he is just about to really take the next step. It makes you wonder about using early picks on ruck sized players. They usually take at least four years to devolp. It is probably easier to just trade for one. North are doing exactly what we did with Nank when we were crap and the Swans were contending.

If we can get decent picks I will be happy. Getting the young players in the draft who want to play, learn their craft and having good mentors is the key.

As disappointing as this is hopefully its the last time a young player leaves for more oppurtunities for a long time..
With a lot of our players retiring over the next 2-3 years there will plenty of spots opening up so no need to leave...
We simply can't keep bleeding young talent...

This also makes our list age profile imbalance worse..
How, 6 new kids coming in
Will make us younger

Does he join the DT? The Dud Train
Griffens Elton McBean McBean?

Players wanting to bail on us is a bit of a new phenomenon, Higgins aside

Would have been better that he went to GC as we have a good relationship with them and the PSD issue. Pity north dont have someone else in mind for the PSD.

So be it - CCJ goes and yes its a blow. Can understand why - he'll get to play for a start. I saw it as more of a battle between him and Soldo for a spot next year.

Long term, I'm not sure he would have been taking over Jack's spot as such. As a key forward, he plays more like Lynch and not sure how we would have fitted the two of them in. Anyway move on and invest in Ryan now to begin with. How ironic it would be if he came on in leaps and bounds next year.

Yeah as i mentioned before hope the pick ( player from that pick )or player we get from North becomes a star and Ryan becomes the best ruck forward in the comp in a few years ..Happy we picked up Ryan now .
